• construction and packaging materials based on rubber, plastics, glass, ceramic raw materials
  and concrete;
• essential metals and their alloys including metallurgical products;
• metal construction materials, products of wires, connecting materials, chains, fittings,
  bearings;
• wastes and secondary raw materials;
• semi-products and products offered and demanded by the Administration of State Material
  Reserves;
• semi-products and products made of the following raw materials: wood, ligno-cellulosic
  material, sawn timber, construction and packaging materials based on wood and wood waste;
  mineral materials, including modified ores, non-ores and fuels; fibre, paper and paper
  products; products of coke ovens and oil refining; chemical products and chemical fibres;
